LaVida Massage offers unsurpassed support and training in the franchise industry. Our three departments of support are:Build-out and set up, Training and Business procedures, and technological support.
We offer unlimited and ongoing support in all three areas. Webinars (online meetings) and teleconferences will keep you informed and up-to-date. Phone and email access to our staff at corporate headquarters is available whenever you need it. You will also have access to the corporate intranet where you can post your questions and information on your facility and talk with your fellow LaVida Massage franchisees.

- Our powerful web based software package, which includes scheduling, accounting, and payroll reports. This software gives you the ability to view your LaVida Massage location with up to the minute statistics including your sales reports whether you are at home or on location, you are always in touch with the day to day operations of your business
- Training program: A one week classroom training program is included for owners and managers which covers business procedures as well as training with all software

- Internet and email. We have remote assistance technology which enables us to immediately access your computer to assist you without having to visit your location.
