Peggy is a natural fit to run the organization. Her background in finance coupled with a true appreciation for both the business and the history of therapeutic massage makes her the perfect leader of the organization. Peggy was a key contributor in developing the membership based business model that has made LaVida Massage so successful.  Under her leadership and guidance, LaVida Massage has enjoyed consistent and strategic growth without ever sacrificing guest or franchisee service along the way.

Director of Operations and Multi-Unit Center Owner

With over 25 years of retail, service and sales experience, Mark provides an essential ingredient to Network field operations. From on-site daily operational excellence to coordinating all marketing recommendations for the Network, Mark communicates regularly with every LaVida Massage Franchisee. He ensures that Centers remain organized, on track, fully operational, and profitable. Mark is the first line of defense with questions about practice and programming.

Operations and Retail Manager

Ben brings with him over 13 years of experience in retail sales purchasing and hospitality driven solutions. While Ben’s primary focus is on Membership sales and LaVida Massage retail products, he has combined his experience as a manager and corporate trainer to help Franchisees achieve higher levels of business acumen. Ben is instrumental in keeping the LaVida Massage Franchisee Web Store running and oversees several Franchisee-training programs.
