History of LaVida Massage
The LaVida Massage System was established in Brighton, Michigan in 2006 after intense research and development from a seasoned franchise team. Our team set out, after already having built a top 100 franchise, to build a fool-proof service based business model. Our main criteria for this model was that it had to:
- Be a service that could never be outsourced
- Have a very limited inventory
- Be in an industry with plenty of room for growth
- Be healthy & eco-friendly
- Sell a service that is genuinely in demand
Massage therapy was the only thing that met all of our requirements.
We opened the first LaVida Massage Center in Brighton, Michigan. Within a few short weeks the center was supporting itself and within a few months it was making a profit. After less than a year the center was overwhelmingly voted #1 massage in our community. The Brighton Center continues to increase sales and gains new clients daily.
