Hiring and Retention

Our corporate staff has systems in place to help our LaVida franchise owners hire, train and retain the best massage therapists in the industry. We also utilize other organizations in the industry to assist our center owners with hiring and retention. These include national massage organizations such as the AMTA (American Massage Therapy Association) and ABMP (Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals). We supply material to present your center to your local massage schools. This introduces your center to therapists just entering the workplace. LaVida Massage will also work on your behalf to educate the massage community on why LaVida is the right place to work.
